*How long does it take for my order to ship?
*1.) UPDATE ON OUR SHIPPING! Your Diamond Paintings are now made FRESH when you order them so they come Perfect to you when they arrive. They are shipped in a BOX. We don't want our Diamond Paintings sitting around in a warehouse somewhere, we want them fresh and perfect when they get to your door for you to ENJOY! Orders can take up to 4 to 5 weeks to get to you because they are made FRESH for YOU! So don't worry if it takes a few weeks they are on the way to you shortly after you order and the kit is made FRESH for you!
*We are Closed on Sat.
*2.) NOTE: Processing time: when you receive your notice that your shipping label has been printed, we then start the shipping processes, We print your order and label, send it to the shipping station ( in our pool house here at the farm:-) then we pack and ship once a week from the farm.

*What about MY PRE-Order?
* All PRE-Orders will ship as soon as they are in stock, it normally takes 4 to 5 weeks to be in stock. We will keep you posted on all PRE-Order updates!
* What about SOLD OUT Diamond Paintings that I missed?
* For order that are sold out ~ we update the site as soon as they are back in stock. Normally it takes 4 to 5 weeks to back in stock in the shop.
* What RETURNS?
* At this time due to Covid we are not taking returns, we hope to update this as soon as things are better for us all.
